I first talked to Dario about a new Alarm system and he has been a great person to deal with. The guys that installed my system were also very professional and did a great job. There names are Chris and Emmett. I would refer all of those guys to anyone looking for a security system. I also thought Makeeda handled the phones well and was very helpful. Terrible company, we used them to install cameras and security system on our vehicle storage facility. They said it would all the cameras and alarm would be in one app. Once installed they could not get it to work in one app and come to find out they had never done that before. This system was $23,000 and had nothing but issues. They turned off the motion sensors because they said the heat was setting them off as we were getting notifications every hour after install. I have video of driving in with the alarm on and opening the garage door and the alarm does not go off. The cameras would randomly just not work. They finally came and collected the system and then refused to give us our $10,000 deposit.

I am sorry Mike you feel that way. As a company, we have made every effort to accommodate your needs and have addressed your concerns and misunderstandings multiple times. The all in one app was promised to you by the access control manufacturer, not us. Despite it not being our fault, we offered you a full refund which you didn't take and instead accepted two apps and a free upgrade of your cameras. The issues you had with the system were mostly user errors but despite that we came out to your premises countless times to gear the system to your preference. We, as a company paid an additional $4400 out of pocket to upgrade your system. After three months of the system use, your business was not doing well and you told us you can not afford the remaining balance of our invoice and refused to pay us. You requested us to remove the system from your premises and you still owe us the remaining balance.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Zach, Kevin, Ricardo and Boyd all did good work👌🏽
